• 60 LEDs/m, max 1.2A/m at full brightness
• 1200mA / 60 LEDs = 20mA / LED
• installed length for 99 LEDs --> 1980mA at full brightness
  • measuerd at 1950-1960mA
  • suspect this is why things are getting hot

colour LED WS2812B

• 34 LEDs installed
• measured for combined (arduino and colour LEDs) at 1200 - 1250mA

• need 2A for each 5V (colour), 12V (white)
