This template is a wrapper for "TidBits", or stand-alone, blog-like content that isn't quite a project, but might be useful and fits in the context of this wiki.
The plan is to eventually automatically list some of these on the main page. For example, the three newest might be listed. We may also want to include other tags like Skillsets to be able to auto-post them on the skillset pages in a similar way.
More details to come, but this will allow tagging them now to find and use them later.
