Custom-molded rain cover for Brooks leather saddle (or any other bike seat)

Vacuum-formed styrene cover right over seat.

Styrene shattered in the winter.

Tried ABS but was too hard to shape...

Would be interesting to know if a layer of silicon would work better... it would not crack, but would it rip?
