This template is a wrapper for "TidBits", or stand-alone, blog-like content that isn't quite a project, but might be useful and fits in the context of this wiki.

We list the featured ones of these on the mainpage. We may also want to include other tags like Skillsets to be able to auto-post them on the skillset pages in a similar way.

More details to come, but this will allow tagging them now to find and use them later.
